Cafe Indigo
Indian Restaurant: 2998 Cleveland

Stockton-on-Tees
Indian Restaurant's own web site
Cafe Indigo is situated directly on the Riverside in Stockton-on-Tees and has beautiful riverside views both day and night as well as excellent views of local landmarks such as the HMS Endeavour and the new Millennium Bridge.

At Cafe Indigo we specialise in creating dishes that rely on expert blending of flavours not just spice.

We create dishes that excite with zest and spice, comfort with rich warming flavour, delight with sweet smooth cream, or surprise with authentic reminders of the Indian continent.

One of our most popular dishes is our 'staff curry', we found that people are no longer satisfied to settle for curry designed for western tastes so we started to sell the food that we cook for ourselves, and it's been a big hit!

Our menu is now evolving to reflect this, so a visit to Cafe Indigo is a step into the adventure of Indian flavour.

We have full disabled access, on-site parking, halal food, a great selection of vegetarian food, and children are most welcome.

Our daily specials board gives you a chance to try different things without breaking the bank.

For extra value we've created our special 'happy hour' menu, offering 3 courses for £5.95 served between 12.00-2.00pm and 5.00-6.30pm.

For people who need to dine in a short time we offer pre-ordering, which means your meal can be ready for you as soon as you arrive (this can be especially useful for big parties).

We are more than happy to cater for large parties and private functions (we have hosted several weddings with over 100 guests).

For local events such as the Stockton international riverside festival, or the amazing fireworks displays around November 5th, our location is ideal (you can see the fireworks from our windows!).

If you like the views, you can get even closer by taking drinks on the terrace (although in the winter you may not want to dine out there unless you've got a Chilli Massalla to keep you warm!).
